In collaboration with the Pink Kitchen, Four Seasons of Food presents a range of unique, gorgeous and artisanal cooking classes in a gorgeous Victorian terrace house & gardens in East London. The classes range from beginners to advanced, covering jam-making, sourdough breads, pastry, cakes, afternoon teas – to roasts, curries or working with seasonal produce.
About your teachers:
Lani, owner of Four Seasons of Food, is a trained pastry chef, food writer and food media producer with years of experience in teaching cooking. She specialises in sourdough breads, viennoiserie, pasta, pastries, cakes and tarts. With a background in culinary research and history, her classes are a hotbed of discussion about organic farming, culinary travel and cuisines from around the world. A published food writer, she is thrilled to chat about any aspect of food.
Linden is an accomplished cook who runs the hugely popular Victoria Park supper club in the Pink Kitchen.
