Content Creation, Writing and Social Management: Lani Kingston

Coffee Bird is a family-owned and women-led ethical sourcing company dedicated to bringing the finest specialty Guatemalan coffee to the world, whilst ensuring a sustainable future for producers and all those along the supply chain.

Lani worked on contract with the Coffee Bird throughout 2019, assisting with content creation, web development, managing the social media channels, consulting and assisting with business development.

Lani also organised educational coffee talks with roaster partners across Singapore and represented the company at the Cafe Show in Seoul, Korea.

We created posts sharing important information such as the beginning of coffee harvest, shipment arrivals and fundraiser information. Lani also travelled to Guatemala to create and share content from the family farm and interview partner coffee farmers.

During the new harvest, we would create posts to announce that the coffee had landed in the UK. Food photographer David Post, on the Four Seasons of Food team, shot styled images that portrayed the flavor notes of each coffee.
